How does billing commission works?

At the end of each calendar month, an invoice is issued with the total commission on the reservation made during the month.

When is the payment of the commission?

Within 20 days of the following month.

How much is the commission?

At 10% of the cost of each reservation.

How is the payment of bills?

Through bank transfer or by post office.

How to insert a tourist structure?

Its easy to insert a new structure. Just send an e-mail to info@sleepandtour.com asking for a membership, in return,  will receive the username and the password for managing your own control panel. Attached is a guide for the inclusion  of  structure and signed contract. Insertion completed will be immediately visible on the portal Sleepandtour.com to receive reservations.

Integration of datas involves difficulties?

Absolutely no! Once made the request for affiliation, will send a short explanatory guide, however, if you have doubts and hesitations please contact our customer service, with tel. number 06 39746692, by sending an e-mail to info@sleepandtour.com.

It’s important to accurately compile data on methods of payment, prices and availability of the rooms as essential to correctly receive the reservation.

And must maintain your control panel of reservation updated.

How to insert or modify the datas of my structure?

Just click on “Reserved Area” and insert your own username and password sent to your membership affiliation  and immediately enter in your personal control panel.

The reservations that I receive are immediately confirm?

Yes. You get in your mail box a notice (complete with all the datas) indicating the arrival of a new reservation; in case of errors you'll have both the mail, the phone, the address to contact directly with the customer.

How to get payments?

Directly from the control panel it will be possible to insert the credit card details accepted for booking:

-Credit Card: In this case, to guarantee the reservation,the customer send the data of their own credit card through secure link. The payment will be made on the actual date of reservation. In case of No-Show or cancellation of reservation, the structure has the authority to apply the cancellation policy and the penalty will be charged on the credit card.

-Fax or SMS: Customers will always given the chance to book by fax or by sms.

How to be advised of a new reservation?

The system will warn you by message through electronic post mail. The message will contain all informations relating to the reservation ( name, surname, telephone, e-mail address, date of arrival and departure, type of room) so that for any  confusion contact immediately the customer.

Can I publish my structure in English?

Certainly Yes! Through your personal control panel, you can insert your advertisement in English. If you have problems we can provide a translation service. Just send an e-mail containing the text to be translated at info@sleepandtour.com. Also, translation in Spanish is available.

You will receive a minimal cost estimate and payment will be made for the complete and accurate translation of the advertisement.
